My friend and I had a great experience at Casale de Santis. The owner Vincenzo was very nice and helpful. The rooms had interesting interior and were decent. Breakfast was served each morning except Monday and had delicious sweet options. The location was convenient, with a 15-minute walk to a bus that takes you straight to Vatican, Coliseum, etc.
Nothing all excellent.

First off, let me say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. The value for money was exceptional and the attention to detail was impressive. I particularly loved the location of this hotel, nestled in a rural area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It provided a tranquil escape from the busy streets of Rome. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds that guaranteed a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread, although simple, was delicious and provided a good start to the day.
All in all, everything was spot on and I couldn't have asked for more.

Owner of the hotel is so kind. Even he speaks little english. He tried every way to resolve our problems. The room is nice and comfort just as the picture shown. There're tram & bus which can directly send you to Roma Termini within 15 mins.
Not easy to find. It's on a small road.

Very friendly staff, not very good at speaking English though. The restaurant in the hotel was comfortable and reasonable. The foods were very nice. The room we stayed was clean and cute.
Location was not very good. It was about 20mins by bus from Termini station and the nearest metro was quite far from the hotel. The hotel had no lift, so travelers with big luggage should consider this.

This hotel provides easy access to the center of the city as it is located close to the metro station. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well-maintained and the bathroom is tidy. the breakfast is more than satisfactory and offers a perfect start to the day.
Some guests mentioned that the restaurant may not be always open.

Very good hotel, with reasonable prices and beautiful large rooms. Breakfast that is included in room price was also of hight standards.
Location of hotel is far from convenient. You should take trenino from Termini to Torpignattara and then walk 15 minutes. Also water temperature in bathroom could be several degrees higher.

Extremely friendly staff, good location (peaceful, good for relaxation), good connection with center of town, nice and clean rooms, good food in restaurant.
Very poor and only sweet breakfast, every day the same, no bread included.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Rome that exceeded my expectations. the hotel's location in a rural area provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Despite being in a very poor area, the hotel itself was well-maintained and offered great value for money. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were attentive and friendly, going out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. From check-in to check-out, their excellent service made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that guaranteed a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
My stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I couldn't find anything to fault.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a rural area on a little hill. The value for money was incredible - the prices were so reasonable for what you got. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. And the rooms were just what I needed after a long day of exploring, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
Everything was just fine, no complaints at all.

I had a pleasant stay at a charming hotel on the outskirts of Rome. The rooms were well equipped, clean, and surprisingly cheap. Despite the location being a bit difficult to access, the hotel is situated in a safe rural area. Although the breakfast was typical Italian fare, I found it to be nice. The staff were helpful and kind, and the host went out of their way to provide directions to local spectacles. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and location.

The accommodation was cheap and reasonably pleasant. It's located in a countryside-like area near the city center, and transportation to the city was good. The breakfast was standard, and included tea, jam, and one croissant each.
The area surrounding the hotel was not very nice, especially at night. The WiFi was very poor and didn't work in the rooms.
